Soto ⟂ Dev is the software studio of Alvin Soto. It builds products people can use today — and custom systems for the problems nobody sells a fix for.
The record comes first: 15 years of delivery, including work with HPE across a portfolio of more than 150 countries and Granicus on US-government digital transformation — more than 4,000 hours delivered, with references on request.
For years that meant building one custom system at a time. The products grew out of that work: the same problems kept coming up, so the studio turned the best answers into products anyone can use.
Custom work hasn’t gone anywhere. When a problem doesn’t fit a product, the studio scopes it in writing, builds it properly, and keeps it running.
